Personnel Board
General Information
– The Personnel Board hears appeals relative to any grievance, disciplinary action, or alleged violation of Town ordinance by a Town employee.
– The Board consists of five members. All members must be residents of the Town of Los Gatos, but may not hold a public office or be employed by the Town.
– All members serve five-year terms.
Meetings
– The Board meets annually on the second Wednesday in February, in the Town Council Chambers, at 12:00 noon; or as requested by the Chair or two members of the Board.
