Proposed Town Code Amendments Regarding Fences, Hedges, and Walls

On Tuesday, December 5, 2017, the Town Council will consider a proposal to amend Town Code Section 29.40.030 (Fences, hedges, and walls). The proposal includes new regulations and requirements for fences, hedges, and walls in the Hillside Area.

Modifications Regarding the Visibility Analysis for the Hillside Development Standards and Guideline

On October 17, 2017, the Town Council continued the proposed modifications to Section B. of Chapter II. of the Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines regarding the visibility analysis to December 5, 2017.

The Policy Committee previously reviewed proposed modifications at their meetingsof April 20, 2017, May 18, 2017, June 26, 2017, and on July 20, 2017 provided arecommendation to the Town Council for modifications to the visibilityanalysis.
