Pardon our Dust (and Noise) – Major Street Maintenance Begins Monday July 17

The Town of Los Gatos is committed to maintaining and improving the Town’s street network. The Town Council recently approved two projects to improve pavement surfaces throughout the Town.

These projects include an asphalt overlay project and a slurry seal project that are scheduled to begin on Monday, July 17th and be complete by mid-September. Major roadways within the Town to receive treatments include the following:

Police Announce Guilty Pleas by Suspects in the 2015 Gehrkens Robbery

In November 2015, the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department initiated an investigation of a robbery that occurred at Gehrkens Fine Jewelers and Design located at 3 N. Santa Cruz Ave.

Suspect Arrested for Purse Robbery in Parking Lot

On October 30, 2015 at approximately 8:10 p.m., a strong arm robbery occurred in the parking lot of 14127 Capri Dr. The suspect approached the victim as she entered her vehicle, reached into the vehicle, and stole the victim's purse.

1) Overdues fines have decreased to $0.30/day.
2) PINs are now required on the self-check machines.
3) Transaction/service fee are now 2.5%.
4) Cloudlibrary replaced OverDrive.
